TELUS announced a couple of weeks ago that they would begin selling pornographic content on their mobile phones to customers. Consumers with a TELUS phone can for a fee, download and watch pictures of naked people and adult rated videos. Porn and technology from my point of view have always helped each other out. Porn has made the Internet what it is today, because of its money, there were lots of incentives in increasing the pipe and making movie watching possible online.
